What Happens Next
When you email us, here's what to expect:
Within 24 hours: We'll respond with an initial assessment of whether we can help and which service might be most appropriate for your situation.
Within 48 hours: If you'd like to proceed, we'll send you our service agreement, pricing confirmation, and information gathering questionnaire.
Within one week: Once you return the questionnaire and pay the initial deposit, we'll begin the analysis work.
If we're not the right fit for your needs, we'll tell you that upfront and suggest alternatives where possible.
Before You Email
To help us respond more effectively, it's useful if you can include:
- Your approximate age and current employment status
- How many pension pots you think you have (rough estimate is fine)
- What prompted you to look for advice now
- Any specific questions or concerns
